Numbers Campaign
American Home Shield is the leading provider of home warranties in the country. As they grow and expand, they realized the importance of having internal communications that clarify who they are and how they view themselves. The ‘Numbers’ campaign was an internally focused campaign targeting the employees of American Home Shield. The intent was to inform and inspire. Statistics like, ‘We’re quick. We assign independent professional contractors to a job within 15 minutes or less, 90% of the time.’ were numbers they wanted their team to be proud of. The campaign was applied to large format posters placed in call centers and offices around the country, as well as internal flyers, screen savers, emails and apparel. The campaign was so successful at articulating what American Home Shield does, that it was even used in some consumer communications. Messaging found its way to the corporate website and many consumer facing projects.
