Thompson Island is a Boston Harbor island that is dedicated to instilling a love for nature in young people. Their main achievement is being able to bring inner city students from Boston out to the island. Some of them get to see the ocean for the first time ever, despite living only miles away from it. Form there they get to use and apply science through hands on experiments and develop leader ship skills through team building workshops.
The new identity gives the island a visual language needed to captivate teens before they even set eyes of the island in their horizon.
